From a sketch, a patent, or a whispered constraint — we model, iterate, and freeze geometry that can be tooled.

Parametric and surface modelling, drawing packages, GD&T, and digital twins. We take concept, blueprint, or reverse-engineered intent and produce manufacturing-ready 3D.

Gear trains, actuators, fixtures, and production equipment designed as systems, not parts.

Kinematic studies, tolerance stacks, and prototype-to-pilot paths for tools, machines, and custom production cells. Built with the people who will later manufacture them.

Compact hardware where material, sterilisation, and silence of the brief all matter.

Medical, laboratory, and precision instruments. We work under heightened classification, with Canadian-hosted PDM and named access only.

Before a professor is retained, we freeze what success looks like: loads, materials, regulatory class, what must never appear in a paper, and who is allowed to see the vault. That document is the spine of the research contract.
