Static Designs is not a marketplace and not a student-staffing board. We are the named counterparty: we execute the NDA, collect design intent, match principal investigators at Canada's leading engineering faculties, and keep the repository inside the country.
Clients sit anywhere in the world. The CAD, the code, and the laboratory record do not. Wealth is assumed; discretion is the product.

Private inquiry
Counsel or principal writes. No pitch deck. We confirm capacity and conflict before anything is described.

Mutual NDA
A Canadian-law mutual non-disclosure is executed first. Nothing of substance is discussed without it.

$5,000 CAD retainer
A five-thousand-dollar deposit opens the file. It is credited against the first statement of account.

Design intent
We collect constraints, prior art, success criteria, and the silence around the work. This becomes the specification.

Research contract
A scoped R&D agreement names the institute, investigators, students, deliverables, and the 13% coordination fee.

Execution in Canada
CAD, code, and laboratory output live in a Canadian repository. Access is named, logged, and revocable.

Transfer under seal
Work product is delivered to the principal. The vault remains Canadian for as long as the engagement requires.
Sovereignty
The vault is Canadian.
The client is not required to be.
